Enterprise questions

How subscription billing works.

Every tier includes USPS certified mail per case. Custom terms available for teams filing more than 2,500 cases per month.

Each tier gives you a fixed number of cases per month. Your dashboard shows consumption (for example, 120 of 400). Unused cases reset on the first of the next billing period.
Filing pauses until you upgrade to a higher tier or the next monthly reset. No surprise overage charges. Upgrades are immediate.
Yes. Every case on every tier includes one USPS certified mailing for service of notice. Extra mailings or expedited postal options are billed from a separate account balance at cost.
Annual billing is available on Scale and Enterprise tiers with a discount. Your account manager will configure this at onboarding.
Enterprise includes a formal SLA on award issuance and priority arbitrator pool access. Volume and Scale include best-effort turnaround with published procedural timelines.
