Arbitration.Inc

For platforms

The disagreement starts inside your product.Getting it decided happens somewhere else.

Your software knows the balance, the dates and what was agreed. When a customer disagrees, it has nothing to offer, so the matter leaves for a letter, a collections agency, or nothing at all. Arbitration.Inc gets it decided online, under our published Rules.

See it run on your own cases

A short call and a live walkthrough. No deck.

Something went wrong sending that. Email greg@arb.inc and we'll pick it up from there.

We'll only use this to arrange the walkthrough.

Thank you, that's through.

We'll be in touch within one business day to set up a time.

If it's easier, reply straight to greg@arb.inc.

Your platform already holds everything needed to decide it

By the time someone says they don't owe a charge, the answer is usually already in your database.

The record

Who agreed to what, and on which terms.

The dates

When it happened, and when it came due.

The balance

What was paid, what wasn't, and how long it has aged.

What it doesn't have is a way to end the disagreement, so it gets sent elsewhere, and most of it never comes back.

How a case runs

Filed online or through our API.

  1. The case is filed

From a dashboard or a single API call, using the record your platform already has.

  2. The other side is told

The other side gets notice by email, with a record of when it was sent.

  3. The other side gets time to answer

At least 14 days for the other side to answer and send in their side.

  4. The case is decided

Our AI decides on the record both sides submit, under our published Rules. Either side can add Human Review.
