Arbitration Inc., a Delaware corporation, builds and operates a digital arbitration platform. Our own web application and API, live in production today.
Traditional arbitration through providers like AAA and JAMS was designed for high-stakes commercial disputes. Filing fees run $1,500 to $10,000+ per case and resolution takes 90 to 180+ days, which means everyday disputes over parking violations, unpaid invoices, security deposits, or consumer claims are simply written off. The dispute is real, but pursuing it costs more than it's worth.
We built a digital arbitration platform, our own software product, not a law firm or consultancy. Businesses file a case through our web application or API, the platform serves notice by certified mail and email, both parties submit evidence through a secure portal, and an independent human arbitrator issues a binding, FAA-enforceable award, typically within two weeks, at a fraction of traditional cost.
Enterprise operations teams with high-volume disputes (parking enforcement, property management, financial services), plus law firms, small businesses, and individuals who need a repeatable, enforceable process rather than a bespoke legal workflow for every matter.
A self-serve case management platform in production at case.arb.inc. Everything below is the real application, not a mockup.
